Q: When and where is the event?
2027.01.08 to 2027.01.10 (Friday to Sunday). The parties and competitions will be held at the GIS MOTC Building, 5F Assembly Hall. The Saturday night After Party venue is still to be confirmed.

Q: What is the Talent Show, and how do I sign up?
The Talent Show is a performance segment during the Saturday After Party, where you can showcase your hidden talents. Registration is not open yet. If you are interested, please contact C2C Late Night Instagram.
Q: Do I need to follow the Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct to participate?

Ticketing Information
Q: How do I receive my QR code ticket after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed by the organizer, you will receive an email from c2cswing@gmail.com. The email will include your purchase details and your QR code ticket.
Q: I am a foreign participant without a Taiwan bank account. How can I pay?
If you are unable to transfer payment to a Taiwan bank account, you may register first and pay on-site at the event.
Q: Do I need to use a QR code for entry to the main party every day?
Yes. Please present the QR code in your confirmation email for staff scanning upon entry. The same QR code will be used for all days of the main party.
Q: For group tickets, is entry also via QR code?
For four-person tickets, we will send an email from c2cswing@gmail.com containing four QR codes. Since group tickets are sent only to the purchaser's email, the purchaser must distribute the QR codes to their group members.
Q: How do I purchase and enter the After Party?
You can purchase After Party tickets via the event registration page. The ticket will be issued after registration. However, it is not interchangeable with the main party QR code.
Q: Can tickets be transferred to someone else?
Yes. You can simply pass your QR code to the person you wish to transfer it to.
Q: What is the Parents Ticket and how do I apply?
The Parents Ticket is designed for caregivers who need flexible participation. Two people may share one ticket. For example, in a Party Pass, one person may attend Friday, while the other attends Saturday and Sunday, or both may attend together but at different time slots (e.g., 18:00–20:00 and 20:00–22:00).

Competition Information
Q: When and where is the competition?
The competition will take place on Saturday 1/09 in the morning and afternoon at the GIS MOTC Building, 5F Assembly Hall. Please refer to the competition page for details.
Q: Do I need a party ticket to attend the competition?
No. The competition is free to attend. However, entering the venue means you agree to follow our rules and staff instructions.
Q: Are Prelim and Final held on the same day?
Yes. Both will be completed on the same day, with Finals taking place immediately after all Preliminary rounds are finished.
Q: Where can I find the rules, format, judges, and scoring system?
All competition rules are available on the competition page.
Q: Can I register for multiple divisions in the same competition (e.g., Open and Advanced)?
Yes. However, if you qualify for both finals, the organizer will automatically place you in the higher division. The remaining final spot will be filled by an alternate.
