이용 약관

本活動 Cheek to Cheek（以下稱為 C2C），由台灣的 C2C 團隊(以下稱為活動主辦方)主辦，您可以通過電子郵件 c2cswing@gmail.com 或致電 +886922121733（Yoyo）與活動主辦方進行聯繫。

遵守規定

  1. 此份 Terms and Conditions 是活動主辦方與您(即報名本次 C2C 活動之個人)間的約定。一旦您參加 C2C 活動的任何部分或擔任任何角色，即表示您接受並同意這些條款。
  2. 通過參加或報名 C2C，您同意除遵守此份遵守 Terms and Conditions 及中華民國法律外，也同意遵守 Code of Conduct。在活動期間，若您參與任何違法行為或違反前述規定，應自負法律責任，且活動主辦方可能要求您離開或根據情況依法採取或協助採取相關行動。

活動報名 Registration

  1. 盲鳥票券：當您參與 C2C 售出之盲鳥票券，您能夠在該次活動開始前，經由主辦單位提供正式的票券。
  2. 購票與報名：C2C 票券包含主辦單位自行銷售，透過電子郵件發送的票券，以及經由售票系統 (OEN) 中購買活動票券。為使用售票系統，您需額外同意 OEN 售票系統之相關規定，該規定與 C2C 報名與活動內容無涉。
  3. 支付條款：C2C 的支付方式是一次性支付 100% 的金額。請注意，活動門票售出後不接受退款與取消。

工作坊 Workshop

  1. 參加協議：當您同意參加工作坊時，您同意遵守授課教師、活動主辦及其工作人員在課程期間提供的指示與說明。
  2. Demo Recap：經過授課教師或活動主辦的允許所錄製的 Demo Recap，在未經授課教師及活動主辦的允許下，仍禁止通過任何方式或於任何管道公開分享或發布 Workshop 期間錄製的 Demo Recap。
  3. 禁止共用工作坊課程：如果您購買了 Full Pass 或 Class Pass，不得將其中工作坊課程全部或部分拆售予他人或將工作坊課程與他人共用。

比賽 Competition

  1. 參加協議：當你同意參與比賽時，您同意遵守比賽規則和我們所採取的排名方法。
  2. 決賽入圍：如果您進入決賽階段，您必須遵守活動主辦方制定的指定集合時間和地點，如您未能在指定時間抵達，活動主辦方得取消您的決賽資格。

轉讓 Transfer Ticket

  1. 轉讓程序：當您有需要將您的 C2C 活動票券轉讓給他人，如是透過主辦方寄送之電子郵件，請根據每一場活動的說明進行轉讓。如是透過 OEN 透買支票券，請經由帳戶進行轉讓，詳細轉讓程序與操作請參考 相關文件。
  2. 轉讓限制：如您購買的票種包括工作坊課程，轉讓該票種活動票券時，必須是轉讓給相同角色（Leader/Follower）的第三人。

其他條款 General Terms

  1. 資訊隱私：您因參加 C2C 活動所提供給活動主辦方的個人資訊，由活動主辦方基於C2C活動舉辦之目的，對您的個人資料進行蒐集、處理、利用。C2C 承諾不會在任何公開領域，包括我們的網站和社交媒體平台上披露任何個人資訊。您得自由選擇是否提供相關個人資料，惟您所拒絕提供之個人資料，若是活動主辦方辦理業務或作業所需之必要資料，活動主辦方可能無法進行必要的業務或作業而礙難提供相關服務，並有權暫時停止提供對您之服務。
  2. 盜竊與財物損失：活動主辦方對於活動期間的個人物品損壞或盜竊不承擔任何責任。
  3. 傷害及責任免除：活動主辦方為活動提供基本的意外保險。參加活動表示您已知悉並自願承擔參與體能活動可能帶來的風險，包括但不限於扭傷、拉傷、跌倒或其他意外受傷。除非因 活動主辦方的重大過失或故意行為導致的直接損害，否則您同意免除 活動主辦方因任何意外傷害或損失所引起的法律責任。如果您在活動期間需要緊急醫療協助或面臨嚴重的健康狀況，請立即聯繫我們，我們將儘力協助後續事項。
  4. 照片/影片使用：活動主辦方發布的任何照片或影片您可自由使用，無需在社交媒體上註明來源，但我們鼓勵您標註C2C或活動主辦方，以支持我們的活動。
  5. 活動變更：活動主辦方保留對 C2C 進行變更以及取消的權利。
  6. 不可抗力：活動主辦方對於因不可控制的事件（如自然災害或緊急情況）引起C2C活動、課程、流程等變更或取消不負責任。
  7. 條款效力：本 Terms and Conditions所定之任何條款之全部或一部無效時，不影響其他條款之效力。

This event, Cheek to Cheek (hereinafter referred to as C2C), is organized by the C2C team in Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer). You may contact the Organizer via email at c2cswing@gmail.com or by phone at +886922121733 (Yoyo).

Compliance

  1. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the Organizer and you (the individual registering for the C2C event). By participating in any part of the C2C event or assuming any role, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
  2. By registering for or participating in C2C, you agree to comply not only with these Terms and Conditions and the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), but also with the Code of Conduct. Should you engage in any illegal activity or violate these regulations during the event, you will be held legally responsible. The Organizer reserves the right to ask you to leave or to take appropriate legal action as necessary.

Registration

  1. Blind Bird Tickets: When purchasing blind bird tickets for C2C, you will receive official tickets from the Organizer prior to the start of the event.
  2. Ticketing and Registration: C2C tickets may be sold directly by the Organizer via email or purchased through the ticketing system (OEN). To use the OEN ticketing system, you must also agree to the terms and conditions of the OEN platform, which are separate from the C2C registration and event content.
  3. Payment Terms: C2C tickets must be paid in full (100%) in a single transaction. Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable after purchase.

Workshop

  1. Participation Agreement: By agreeing to attend a workshop, you agree to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors, the Organizer, and event staff during the class.
  2. Demo Recap: Demo recaps recorded with the permission of instructors or the Organizer may not be publicly shared or distributed through any means or platform without explicit permission from both the instructors and the Organizer.
  3. Workshop Sharing Prohibited: If you purchase a Full Pass or Class Pass, you may not resell or share any part of the workshop classes with others.

Competition

  1. Participation Agreement: By agreeing to participate in a competition, you agree to follow the competition rules and the ranking methods adopted by the Organizer.
  2. Eligibility: All competitions are scheduled during the C2C event period (including preliminaries and finals). Unless otherwise stated, participation in the competition requires valid event attendance.
  3. Finalist Attendance: If you qualify for the finals, you must arrive at the designated time and location specified by the Organizer. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

Transfer Ticket

  1. Transfer Process: If you need to transfer your C2C event ticket to another person and received your ticket via email from the Organizer, please follow the instructions provided for that specific event. If the ticket was purchased via OEN, transfers must be conducted through your OEN account. For detailed instructions, please refer to the documentation.
  2. Transfer Restrictions: If your ticket includes workshop access, it must be transferred to a third party of the same role (Leader/Follower).

General Terms

  1. Privacy: The personal information you provide for participating in C2C will be collected, processed, and used by the Organizer solely for the purpose of managing the event. C2C commits not to disclose any personal information in public domains, including our website and social media platforms. You may choose whether or not to provide certain personal data, but if the information is necessary for operational purposes, the Organizer may be unable to deliver services or may suspend services accordingly.
  2. Theft and Property Loss: The Organizer is not responsible for any damage to or theft of personal belongings during the event.
  3. Injury and Liability Waiver: The Organizer provides basic accident insurance. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to sprains, strains, falls, or other injuries. Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Organizer, you agree to release the Organizer from liability for any injury or loss. If you require emergency medical assistance or encounter a health emergency during the event, please contact us immediately for support.
  4. Photo/Video Usage: Any photos or videos published by the Organizer may be freely used without the need for attribution on social media, though we encourage you to credit C2C or the Organizer to support our work.
  5. Event Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the C2C event.
  6. Force Majeure: The Organizer shall not be held liable for any changes or cancellations caused by events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies).
  7. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

규정 준수

  1. 이 이용 약관은 주최 측과 귀하(본 C2C 행사에 등록한 개인) 간의 약속입니다. 귀하가 C2C의 어떤 프로그램에 참가하거나 어떠한 역할을 맡는 즉시, 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
  2. C2C에 참가하거나 등록함으로써 귀하는 본 이용 약관과 중화민국(타이완) 법률뿐만 아니라 행동 수칙을 준수하는 데 동의합니다. 행사 중 법을 위반하거나 해당 규정을 위반할 경우, 귀하는 법적 책임을 져야 하며 주최 측은 귀하에게 퇴장을 요구하거나 상황에 따라 필요한 법적 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

등록

  1. 블라인드 버드 티켓: C2C에서 블라인드 버드 티켓을 구매하면, 행사 시작 전에 주최 측이 발행한 공식 티켓을 받게 됩니다.
  2. 티켓 구매 및 등록: C2C 티켓은 주최 측이 직접 이메일을 통해 판매하거나, 티켓 판매 시스템(OEN)을 통해 구매할 수 있습니다. OEN 시스템을 사용하려면 OEN의 이용 약관에 별도로 동의해야 하며, 해당 약관은 C2C의 등록 및 행사 내용과는 무관합니다.
  3. 결제 조건: C2C는 전액 선불(100%) 방식으로 결제가 진행됩니다. 구매 후 티켓은 환불 및 취소가 불가능합니다.

워크숍

  1. 참가 동의: 워크숍에 참가함으로써 귀하는 강사, 주최 측 및 스태프의 지시에 따를 것에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
  2. 데모 리캡: 강사나 주최 측의 허가를 받아 녹화된 데모 리캡은, 강사 및 주최 측의 사전 동의 없이 어떠한 방식으로든 공유하거나 공개할 수 없습니다.
  3. 워크숍 공유 금지: Full Pass 또는 Class Pass를 구매한 경우, 해당 워크숍 강의를 타인에게 부분적으로 판매하거나 공유하는 것은 금지됩니다.

경연

  1. 참가 동의: 경연에 참여함으로써 귀하는 대회 규정 및 채점 방식에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
  2. 참가 자격: 모든 경연은 C2C 행사 기간 중(예선 및 결선 포함)에 진행되며, 특별히 명시된 경우를 제외하고는 행사 참가자만 경연에 참여할 수 있습니다.
  3. 결선 진출: 결선에 진출한 경우, 주최 측이 지정한 시간과 장소에 반드시 도착해야 하며, 그렇지 않을 경우 결선 진출 자격이 박탈될 수 있습니다.

티켓 양도

  1. 양도 절차: 귀하가 이메일로 받은 티켓을 다른 사람에게 양도하려는 경우, 각 행사별 안내에 따라 진행해 주세요. OEN 시스템을 통해 구매한 경우, 계정을 통해 양도 절차를 진행해야 하며 자세한 방법은 관련 문서를 참고하세요.
  2. 양도 제한: 워크숍 강의가 포함된 티켓은 동일한 역할(Leader/Follower)의 제3자에게만 양도할 수 있습니다.

기타 약관

  1. 개인정보 보호: 귀하가 제공한 개인정보는 C2C 행사 운영을 목적으로 수집·처리·이용됩니다. 주최 측은 웹사이트 및 SNS를 포함한 공개 채널에 귀하의 개인정보를 공개하지 않습니다. 개인정보 제공은 자율이나, 필수 정보 제공을 거부할 경우 서비스 제공이 어려울 수 있으며, 주최 측은 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
  2. 도난 및 분실: 행사 중 발생한 개인 소지품의 도난이나 손상에 대해 주최 측은 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. 부상 및 면책 조항: 주최 측은 기본적인 사고 보험을 제공합니다. 귀하는 행사에 참여함으로써 발생 가능한 신체적 위험(삠, 근육통, 낙상 등)을 인지하고 자발적으로 감수하는 데 동의합니다. 주최 측의 중대한 과실이나 고의가 아닌 한, 발생한 부상이나 손해에 대한 법적 책임은 면책됩니다. 긴급 의료 상황 시 즉시 주최 측에 연락해 주세요. 가능한 지원을 제공하겠습니다.
  4. 사진/영상 사용: 주최 측이 공개한 사진이나 영상은 자유롭게 사용할 수 있으며, 출처 표시는 필수가 아닙니다. 단, C2C나 주최 측의 태그를 권장합니다.
  5. 행사 변경: 주최 측은 C2C의 내용이나 일정을 변경하거나 취소할 권리를 보유합니다.
  6. 불가항력: 천재지변이나 비상 상황 등 불가항력적인 사유로 인해 발생한 행사 일정, 프로그램 등의 변경 및 취소에 대해 주최 측은 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  7. 약관 유효성: 본 약관 중 일부 조항이 무효가 되더라도, 다른 조항의 효력에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
