- 依據文化部訂定之「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第6點規定，本活動提供之退、換票機制為：
- 公告退換票做法：本活動唯有當消費者權益受損時，可經由以下說明管道申訴請求退票，時限須為收到票券後的三日內，並且將酌收票面面額的 5% 做為手續費。
- 受理方式：消費者經由 Email 來信提出權益受損說明。
- 退款途徑：消費者提供營行帳戶，待主辦方確認其狀態後匯款至該帳戶。
- 退款時程：消費者提出申訴申請後，60日內完成匯款。

- 依據文化部訂定之「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第3點規定，藝文表演主要表演人員或主要節目內容，於預定表演前發生變動時，本活動提供之退票（款）機制為：
